Caloundra Yoga

The are so many benefits to Yoga exercise. It improves flexibility and strength, works on the autonomic nervous system and the glands to keep the body healthy. Together with correct breathing and relaxation techniques, it also balances the emotions, calms the mind, aids a positive outlook and builds confidence. 

Caloundra Yoga honours the timeless tradition of asanas, (yoga postures) breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques at a variety of venues in Caloundra.

Yoga Classes are suitable for all levels of experience and fitness. Classes currently operate Monday 6.30pm at Back Hall, Golden Beach; Tuesday 8.00am at Shelly Beach Park; Thursday 6.00pm at CWA Hall, Caloundra.

Caloundra Yoga also runs one day workshops, seminars and occasional retreats which include yoga.
