FAQ’s

Q: Does Monaco have a COVID-19 Safe Statement?

A: Yes, please see details in our ‘What’s On’ tab.  All apartments are issued with a copy of our Cleanliness Pledge which also covers our COVID-19 Safe Statement.

Q: Will I get a view from my apartment?

A: If you have booked a waterview apartment you will definitely have a beautiful view, please note we also have a few lovely standard apartments available.

Q: What floor will I be on?

A: Our apartments are on level 2 to 10, Penthouses are on level 11 and 12.  Most of our waterview apartments are level 5 and above, we do have a couple on the lower levels available for people who prefer them.

Q: Is there a spa in my room?

A: A few of our apartments have spas, please request one and we will do everything we can to meet your request.  There is also a spa attached to the pool, for all guests to access.

Q: Is there wifi?

A: Yes, all of our holiday apartments have unlimited wifi for the duration of your stay, included free of charge.

Q: Is there Foxtel?

A: Yes, all of our holiday apartments have Foxtel, included free of charge.

Q: Is there Netflix?

A: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide Netflix commercially to a holiday apartment.  As we have unlimited wifi however, you are able to stream your own Netflix account in most apartments.

Q: Do you have disability accessible apartments?

A: Although our apartments are used regularly by people with a variety of disabilities, we do not have apartments equipped specifically.  Our pool also allows for disabled access with ramp access and is very popular with a disabled guests.

Q: Will I get a car park?

A: Yes, all of our apartments have an allocated car space included, free of charge.

Q: How high is the car park?

A: Our car park is 2.3 metres, however is on a bit of an incline, so we advise to allow for that.

Q: Is the pool heated?

A: Yes our pool is heated all year round to Australian allowed standards and checked every day.

Q: Are the apartments serviced?

A: Our apartments are serviced mid-stay for stays longer than 7 nights, services can be arranged at an extra cost.

Q: Is there linen in the apartment?

A: Yes, rooms booked through Monaco have all the linen you should need to enjoy your stay including; bed linen, towels, face washers, hand towels, bath mat and a tea towel.

Q: Can we get to other floors?

A: Due to building security, you will only be able to access your floor, ground and the basement levels.

Q: Are there coffee machines in the apartment?

A: Your apartment has a coffee plunger and a starter pack for your first night stay which includes some coffee.  We also several fantastic options locally for your daily coffee requirements!  Reception would be only too happy to advise you on where might suit your tastes.

Q: Will my apartment have a washing machine?

A: Yes, all of our apartments are fully equipped with standard size washing machine, dryer, oven, dishwasher and fridge.

Q: Are the apartments pet friendly?

A: Unfortunately, although we love animals, our holiday apartments are unable to allow pets.
