What time is standard check-in and check-out?
Standard guest check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. If you require an early arrival or a late check-out, please get in touch with reception a minimum of 24 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
Is there secure parking available on-site?
Yes, we offer complimentary secure parking for all our guests. Each apartment has an allocated car space included free of charge. Once you check in, you can park your vehicle safely and take advantage of our central Bulcock Street location, where world-class dining, coastal boardwalks, and boutique shopping are all just a short stroll away.
