Caloundra is a great family destination with plenty of child friendly activities for the kids. The parklands that fringe the beaches have wonderful children’s playgrounds and large grassy areas for throwing a ball or frisbee. Golden Beach and Bulcock Beach are very safe for swimming for children and the rockpools are worthy of exploring. Plus there are tours, theme parks, local attractions and water activities galore to keep the kids entertained for days.
