The Suncoast Spinners are hosting the annual Wheelchair Basketball Tournament at Caloundra Indoor Stadium from 11 to 13 January 2019.

The basketball tournament comprises of 3 divisions:

• Premier Grade
• A Grade
• B Grade

The player’s tournament dinner is happening on Saturday evening at Caloundra RSL Club. The event will conclude with a presentation ceremony after the Premier Grade grand final on Sunday 13 January at approximately 2.30pm.

There will also be a Referee Clinic being run in conjunction with the tournament offering an opportunity to access National Panel WCB referees with three levels of competition from beginners to elite for practical experience. Suncoast Spinners have enlisted WCB Referee Commissioner Matt Wells from Basketball Australia to oversee  the program.

Caloundra Indoor Stadium is the Sunshine Coast’s only four-court multi-purpose air-conditioned stadium. The venue has an operating cafeteria for hot and cold meals and beverages. There are disabled facilities available.

Caloundra Indoor Stadium is located at North Street, Golden Beach.
