Best Places to Swim
Golden Beach – hugging the shores of the Pumicestone Passage, this beach is ideal for swimmers with the waters being far calmer than the other Caloundra surf beaches.
Bulcock Beach – is popular with families who have young children, as there’s often warm paddling pools on the sand to splash in at low tide.
Kings Beach – White sandy beaches, rock pools, an oceanfront saltwater swimming pool and a gentle beach break with protected swimming areas, makes for the ideal spot to enjoy a swim.
Best Places to Surf
Caloundra has some great surfing spots where you can catch heaps of good quality waves with a couple of good point breaks.
