Caloundra Coastal Pathway

Caloundra Coastal Pathway

Take a walk, jog or bike ride along the foreshore on the Caloundra Coastal Pathway that runs along the spectacular Caloundra coastline.

Spanning 25 kilometres, the stretch of coast runs as a continuous path from Golden Beach in the south, where it hugs Pumicestone Passage, then passes Bulcock Beach and Kings Beach making its way round Caloundra Headland going north along the sandy beaches of Kawana to Mooloolaba.

Along the path you’ll find historical sites such as the Military Jetty that was used for military operations during World War II, plus the heritage listed Kings Beach Bathing Pavilion that was built back in 1937. Along the headland section you’ll see a trail of plaques that pay tribute to the lives lost at war.

The path is free to access and open 24 hours, 7 days per week. Along the Caloundra Coastal Pathway you’ll find access to public toilets, shaded and sheltered areas, viewing platforms, bike racks and car parks.

There are also several cafes and coffee shops situated not far off the pathway where you can stop along the way to relax and take in some refreshments.
